Supported by the available Best Practices, Framework, and Guidelines, the online course on equality-based practices is the main output of the DOEER project. The online DOEER MOOC course, freely available on a special platform created within the project, aims to provide, test, and certify the acquisition of adequate competences on equality in the world of work.

The DOEER MOOC offers a multidimensional and multidisciplinary approach to the topic, comprising eight lessons prepared by partners from academic and training institutions within the project partnership.

The modules, enriched with additional bibliographical material, deal with the following topics:
