Ο κύριος στόχος του έργου “Digital and Open Education for equality-based resilience” DOEER είναι να συμβάλει στην ανθεκτικότητα με βάση την ισότητα στην Ιταλία, την Ισπανία, τη Ρουμανία, τη Σλοβακία, την Κύπρο και τη Σλοβενία, με την αντιμετώπιση των μορφών διακρίσεων, τόσο στην τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση όσο και στον εργασιακό χώρο, μέσω ειδικής ψηφιακής μάθησης και εργαλείων που υποστηρίζουν την αντιμετώπιση των παραγόντων που προκαλούν διακρίσεις, μέσω της στενής συνεργασίας των ΑΕΙ και των επιχειρήσεων.
